2021 Oregon AWHONN Fall Conference Vendor Registration

Oregon AWHONN Conference Committee cordially invites you to exhibit at our fall conference! This year’s conference will be online. Women's Health, Obstetric, Neonatal nurses and nurse leaders from around the state of Oregon and neighboring states will be present. Each year we greatly value vendor participation and look forward to having you at our event.

For 2021, we have several sponsorship packages for you to choose from.  Each package will provide various opportunities for vendors to share their products and services. More details for each sponsorship level are coming soon.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum $800

4. Optional participation in pre-conference gift bag for early-bird attendees: Up to three items including literature
5. Optional participation in passport contest

Gold $600

4. Optional participation in pre-conference gift bag for early-bird attendees: Up to two items including literature
5. Optional participation in passport contest

Silver $400

 Basic Exhibitor Fee $200

Non-Profit and Others (Non-Industry Vendor) $50

2. Non-Profit requires proof of 501c3 provided

 Prize Sponsorship/Other Information:

• AWHONN prize drawing sponsorships available: AWHONN membership ($216), 2022 conference ($370).
• Passport Contest: In order to participate in our traditional passport contest, you will need to set up a promotional offer at your exhibitor booth. Attendee will then receive a “stamp” when they like the booth, post a comment, & sign up for a promotional offer/deal
• Each vendor will be entered into a drawing to win premium booth location at our next live conference.

Please register by September 19, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. 

Payment in full must be received prior to admittance to the conference (please and thank you).
